I clearly saw the pressure you put on your supplier to get the new bolts as quickly as possible, the responsiveness of the purchasing and warehouse teams to reference and prepare them, and Théo’s speed in shipping them first thing Monday morning and overseeing the entire after-sales process.
All in all, only four working days passed between the reception of the SB and the release of my MSN 020 from the workshop with its APRS.
Honestly, well done — it’s truly impressive, I’m blown away. I can’t think of a single company that provides this level of service and excellence, even with far simpler products… than a certified aircraft!
Now that the Olympic Games are over and the Paris region can — finally! — fly again, I’m really looking forward to seeing you soon.
